Kanza Holds 4th Annual Wheat Harvest Photo Contest

Kanza Cooperative Association is pleased to announce the start of the 4th  Annual Wheat Harvest Photo Contest and the addition of a youth division.

Kanza members, employees, and friends are encouraged to submit pictures via our Facebook page and tag them #KanzaHarvest21. Submissions will be accepted now through July 16th. Finalists will be selected in three categories:

  • Harvest Horizons – For Kansas farmers, the best view is the future on the horizon. This category is for pictures of Kansas horizons during harvest time, whether it’s the skylines created by Kanza elevators or the natural beauty of the wheat fields.
  • Kanzans at Work – Farmers and their families work long hours to feed the world. This category pays tribute to them. Show us your photos of farmers and families in the field and their machines at work!
  • Employee Submissions – There are many talented folks working for Kanza, and this category is for them. These pictures can be of any subject matter.

Youth division entries will be separated into two divisions (ages 7-12 and 13-17) for both the Harvest Horizons and Kanzans at Work categories. A maximum of 4 entries (see official rules for more details) may be submitted by each youth to jhildebrand@kanzacoop.com and must be accompanied by a signed release form. The deadline to submit entries is July 16, 2021.

Followers of the Kanza Facebook page will vote for their favorite submissions during the week of July 19th. Winners will receive a Kanza Prize Pack.
