Kanza Open for Business, Limiting Access for Visitors

As concerns surrounding the spread of Coronavirus (Covid-19) continue to evolve, Kanza has made decisions to protect our customers, employees and others who we work with for our normal business operations. Our efforts are precautionary to protect the weakest among us from community spread, while making every effort to continue to support and serve our farmer producer customers at this crucial time in the season.

Effective at 8 a.m. this morning (March 19) we are limiting access of our facilities to customers and visitors and restricting travel for our employees. We are working to ensure that this does not interrupt our normal service and operations.

Here are ways that customers can access Kanza services:

  • Phone and Email– Many customer requests can be handled via phone or email. All of our locations can be reached through our company mainline at 1-800-536-5614 or our location specific numbers are listed on our locations page. Emails are listed for many of our employees on their specific team’s page of this website. You can also send your request to info@kanzacoop.com and it will be directed to the appropriate staff member.
  • Drive Up Service/Take Out- Customers should call ahead with requests from our farm stores. When you arrive at the facility for pick-up, please remain in your vehicle and call the office to let them know you have arrive and someone will bring the items to your vehicle. Our convenience stores remain open for take out purchases, however we will not be allowing customers to dine in.
  • Delivery- Many of our agronomy and energy products will continue to be delivered, however we ask that you limit interaction with employees when they arrive.
  • Online Account Access- Current and past account information is available here. If you do not already have an account log-in, please email ar@kanzacoop.com to request an account.

Kanza leadership will continue to monitor the situation and address any additional concerns as they arise. We appreciate everyone’s flexibility and understanding as we all work through this challenging time.
