Kanza Cooperative Association is excited to welcome Doug Scheer to our Agronomy Team in Andale as the Eastern Division Seed Manager.

Doug brings more than 25 years of experience in the seed industry. His expertise has been recognized on the national level as he has been named the top salesman of Croplan forage seeds several time during his career. Doug comes to Kanza from Farmer Cooperative in Garden Plain. He has a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Kansas State University. Doug and his wife have five children and a small cattle operation near Garden Plain.
